Dr. Nwoga attended Imo State University Okigwe, Nigeria and acquired Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons) in English Language and Literature (B.A Hons) in 1990; USAID Training in Conflict Resolution & Management in 2000, Master of Arts (M.A) in International Law and Diplomacy from the Rivers State University of Science & Technology in 2002; African Books Collective Oxford UK, Training in Publishing in 2002; Leadership Institute Arlington VA USA in 2009; Doctor of Letters (Honoris Causa) from the European American University Dominican Republic in 2009. She is constantly self-tutoring in the areas of Corporate Affairs and other fields of interest. Dr. Nwoga is a renowned published author and her works can be found on Google.
Dr. Nwoga community works include invitations by secondary schools to give talk on career-choice, including Brookstone Secondary Schools; volunteer work m the community such as cleaning up the neighborhood just to inculcate the sense of service, and volunteering; mentorship and facilitating an NGO (Fate Foundation) that trains young entrepreneurs; involvement in civic education in the communities through an NGO CTVTAS, one project being CIVIC Education and Rights & Responsibilities of citizens. She is member of Police Community Relations Committee and presenter of classical Music on Radio Rivers FM Station in Nigeria from 1992-date.
